Here’s what makes working with us at The Jellyfish more than

Open Book Management (OBM)

We run our business with an open-book approach, creating transparency by sharing key numbers with everyone on the team. This

breaks down barriers and encourages everyone to get involved in decision-making.

Our weekly 'huddle' is where we manage the business, and everyone is welcome to join.

We teach you how the finances work and show the team how they can make a real impact on our success. We treat our staff like

trusted partners, and when we reach our goals, we celebrate with bonuses!

Performance Incentive Programme (PIP)

Every team member has access to the important numbers, and during our weekly meetings, we set our revenue goals together. When we

hit those goals, everyone gets a pay-out! Our managers also have separate monthly targets, and they earn an additional bonus when

those are met.

To help everyone stay on track, you can check the company’s performance in real time using Loaded, so everyone knows what we need

to do each day to stay on budget. With teamwork and great communication, we consistently achieve our targets!
